This guide answers

  • Can I list my cars on Trip.com?
  • Which travel agents does Glovebox connect to?
  • What does 'in certification' mean?

Brokers and online travel agents send customers to rental companies. If Glovebox connects to one, your availability and prices can appear there without you typing anything twice.

Settings → Integrations → Channels lists the ones we work with and exactly how far along each one is.

What the three statuses mean

Live. Connected and carrying bookings today. We only use this word once a real booking has gone through end to end.

In certification. We are working through that broker's technical approval. We will not put a date on it, because that part is not ours to decide.

Available on request. Not built yet. Tell us if you want it. The channels operators ask for are the ones we build first.

If you already sell through one of them

This is the fastest route, and it is worth saying plainly. If a broker has already approved you as a supplier — you have an account with them, and a supplier or partner ID — then we usually do not need to ask that broker for anything. We can work from the account you already hold.

So when you ask about a channel, say whether you are already approved. It changes what happens next and it changes how quickly.

What we will never ask you for

We will never ask for your broker password, API key or any other login secret, and there is nowhere in Glovebox to type one. If anything ever appears to ask you for one, stop and contact us.

Why some channels are not listed

A broker only appears here once we have a real view of what connecting would take. A name on a list with nothing behind it is worse than no list, so we leave it off until it means something. If the broker you want is missing, ask anyway — an unlisted one you need is useful for us to know about.

Still stuck?

Send us a message.

If the answer you needed isn't here, tell us what you're trying to do and we'll come back to you.

A sentence or two about what you're trying to do is plenty.
